Posted Sat Apr 3 15:02:23 PST 1999 by Michelle Harrison ().
Reeves, Long Beach
Materials Required: Empty Detergent Boxes (48 uses)
Activity Time: your choice
Concepts Taught: To make a cute, sturdy Easter Basket

Each child is to bring in an empty laundry detergent box.
The teacher is to remove the top and (using an exacto
knife) curve the two ends.
Cover the box with construction paper and let the
children decorate.
Connect a handle using brads to either side.
The children love it and it is an inexpensive art project.
