Southeast MIssouri State University, Cape Girardeau
Materials Required: Paper and Pencil
Activity Time: 30 min
Concepts Taught: story writing

The teacher will give the first line of a story.
The first line should have something to do with Christmas.
This will set the mood for the story.
The student closet to the teacher will write tne next sentence of the story.
The story will go all the way around the classroom until each of the students have written at least one sentence.
The last person to write a sentence takes the story and the teacher reads the story to the class.
This can be used to write stories other than Christmas stories.
