Letters to the Editor...
Parent Accountability

One difference I have noticed between my
students who excel and those who don't is
the attitude their parents have instilled
in them. My students who do not excel don't
seem to care about their school work. My
students who do excel do. The parents of
one group have communicated their high
expectations to their children. As one of
them stated "Ms. Treuil, I can't bring home
a D." She new that her parents expect her
perform up to her potential.
