Letters to the Editor...
job application questions

Hi,
I have been filling out applications for
weeks now. One interview for all that. I
am wondering if it is the answers to the
application questions that is the problem.
Could you offer and sites where I can find
the "buzz" words or answers to these
questions. If you are not aware of the
questions I am talking about, here is a
sample. How much do you want to know about
your students in order to be helpful to
them? When you think about your students,
in what major ways do you most want to
influence their lives? What do you need to
know in order to begin your lesson planning
for a class? The last one was one that
really got me. Do I start with things like
what period, grade, number of students,
unit or do I go on the basis that this is
all understood and I start out with
sylabus, identification, words and etc.
Thanks

connie, tcwgobucks@yahoo.com,
